Sadded sia.
Although I saw ''angel'' today. For a barely 2mins.
Ouh sadded la because kena diao. I raiese my eyebrow but the only response I get was a expresssionless face.
NEVERMIND! I shall attempt to let it all out later when running. Heh. From don't feeling like running at all to desiring to run and breakdown walls.

Yesterday's entry ended abruptly. Apparently, right after I typed the last sentence, Darren entered the room. LOL.
Anw, had another run today at the track. I'm not really a fan of tracks. But anyways, today's run almost killed me.For the first time after a long while, I can feel the sudden rush of lactic acid. Squeezing my muscles like hell. haha. But like they always say, no pain no gain. Even typing all this is beginning to be a chore. Lols.
Haiz...sian. No "angel" today. Shall hit the bed and pray and work for a better 2moro. Actually, I'm still a few hours before hitting the bed.

Yo yo yo!
Has been a pretty happy day for me today. She just brightens the day. Something to look forward to everyday I guess? Heh. Trying to practise optimism and thus far I reckon its working. :)
Just ended my run with Darren actually. Am inside my clubroom typing all these. The run felt pretty effective. I believe it had done me some good. Although I might not need all these fitness that I'm trying to achieve.
I love hill runs. It feels like flying. Haha...
Pretty random stuff la I'm typing here. Waiting for Darren la to go bath.
