How.
Fuckhow.
Seriously, this 3-letter word is getting on my nerves. And if I can, I'd already fuck the middle hole of this word. People keep asking me, how how how how. Fuck it la! That's how. Urghhh...
What an irritant.

Learning points from CF:
- In the end, you're the one holding the post, you're responsible. That's all there is to it.
- Brief your people properly.
- Updates to be made known to appropiate people. (Its just like a close loop system and all that engineering shit)
- Make your expectations/instructions/explanations clear to the intended people.
- Visualize in detail on what's going to happen. Go through your plan in your head and identify problems.
- Check out where's the mistake when everything starts to go out of hand. After which act fast.
- Inspire/win their hearts/motivate them more instead of just scolding/lecturing/ranting.
- Insist on safety. Afterall, you're in-charge.
- Make sure your team is covering all areas of operation. Prevention is always better than cure.
Things that are to stay:
- Temperament control.
- Dealing tactfully with superiors/other personnel.
- Not pushing all duties to people under you. Keeping in mind they are not your dogs.
- Motivating of cadets.
- Enjoying the stuff that you do (emotion focus technique).
- Command and control of havoc situations.
- Rectifying of problems on the spot.
- Listening to suggestions from your people.
- Professionalism.
That's for CF 1 '08.
Hope. Faith. Move.
